Clarksville Design Overlay District
The purpose of the Clarksville Design Overlay District is to coordinate the physical improvements that will be made to this important corridor by both public and private entities. The goals of the Overlay District are to encourage a walkable and pedestrian-friendly environment within each of the center subdistricts and create a sense of enclosure so that drivers realize they are entering a unique place.
